These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of sowitsolutions.com (the “Site”),
operated by SowIT Solutions (“SowIT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to
be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms apply to your use of the
Site itself and do not govern any separately executed managed services agreement, master services
agreement, or statement of work between SowIT and a client, which controls in the event of any
conflict.
The Site provides information about SowIT’s managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and related services,
including Managed IT Services, Co-Managed IT Services, Advanced Cybersecurity, Security Operations
Center (SOC), Security Information & Event Management (SIEM), Cloud Solutions, Data Backup &
Disaster Recovery, IT Projects & Digital Transformation, and AI-Powered IT Operations. You agree to
use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Submitting an inquiry through the Contact Us form or the “Book a Consultation” form does not create a
client relationship, engagement, or contractual obligation of any kind. A service relationship with SowIT
begins only upon execution of a separate, signed services agreement or statement of work. Information
provided by SowIT on the Site regarding services, pricing, capabilities, or timelines is general in nature
and is not a binding quote or offer.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, service descriptions, and the overall design and
layout — is owned by or licensed to SowIT Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property
laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works
from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Site without our prior written consent.
You may view and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial reference in connection with
evaluating our services.
Content on the Site, including descriptions of our services such as Advanced Cybersecurity and Security
Information & Event Management (SIEM), is provided for general informational purposes only and does
not constitute IT, cybersecurity, legal, or compliance advice specific to your organization. Any
recommendations specific to your environment will only be provided under a signed services agreement
following appropriate assessment.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We do not control and are not
responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Inclusion of a link does not
imply endorsement. You access third-party sites at your own risk.
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF

ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SowIT SOLUTIONS AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND
AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE
DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO
YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES. THIS SECTION DOES NOT APPLY TO OR LIMIT LIABILITY UNDER ANY SEPARATELY SIGNED
SERVICES AGREEMENT, WHICH IS GOVERNED BY ITS OWN TERMS.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SowIT Solutions and its officers, employees, and
agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable
attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your misuse of the Site or violation of these
Terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also
revise these Terms from time to time; the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most
recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised
Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-
of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall
be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan, and you
consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or
eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and
effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SowIT
Solutions regarding use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements regarding the same subject
matter. As noted in the introduction, a separately signed services agreement governs the actual delivery
of IT, cybersecurity, or related services and takes precedence over these Terms for that engagement.
